Veronica

Born in Malmö, Sweden, with 25 years of experience in banking and insurance, where she primarily worked with scheduled meetings with companies and their management, owners, and employee occupational pensions. Veronica was also responsible for health insurance and financial advisory services.

She also holds a Certificate from FEI Business School Alicante as a Real Estate Agent, which gives our clients extra confidence in every property transaction. With her background, Veronica has a deep understanding of finance, investments, and long-term planning.

She speaks Swedish and English and is often the trusted link for Scandinavian clients who want to feel completely secure throughout the process.

José

Born in Galicia, Spain. As a child, he moved with his family to Australia. With a university degree in economics, José stayed there for 30 years before moving back to Spain and the Costa del Sol.


He ran his own real estate agency and has extensive experience in the property industry. Today, José also runs the Retro Bar in Benalmádena, which means he has a large local network and an excellent knowledge of the area and its people.

He speaks Spanish and English and guides our international clients through the entire process with professionalism and warmth.

Our Journey — and Why We Started Our Agency

Everything started with a shared vision. For two years, José and Veronica have carried the plan to start something of our own together here on the Costa del Sol. A real estate agency built on trust, closeness, and genuine relationships. It was not a spontaneous idea — it was a carefully considered venture. In the meantime, we have built our network, deepened our local knowledge of Benalmádena, and received recurring enquiries from both clients and people within the property industry. Many have said the same thing: “You should start something of your own.”
